State Farm is already getting my money so why would they waste their time? After my meeting with DeAnna, all those random numbers on my policy have meaning. DeAnna took the time to go line by line with my wife and I and explained what each meant. She treated us like actual people and not just a number to a company. "I had to contact this local office of State Farm to try to get my best friend’s account put on auto pay and have me as the primary contact because she is now in assisted living. It was a huge hassle because of two-step verification, which I know is necessary, but is still a real pain. Kayla was a huge help re-sending the email and then texting multiple times. We made the phone numbers for me primary and finally we got it to work. This technology makes it really difficult to help people who can’t do things anymore for themselves.
